Lennox 83M56 Draft Inducer Motor Assembly
Older motor (same blower/motor assembly p/n) was placard identical as new p/n except for one call-out ... amps. Old motor stated 1.8 amps (& measured 1.97). New motor placard amps @ 2.35 & pulled 2.72, After about an hour run time motor would heat up, pull more amps and pop the 3 amp breaker. Had to reset several times. Motor finally loosened up, pulls about 2.70 now, on the high side but she runs. They need to do a better job with the quality control on the motor, the blower itself was great, the motor ...not so much
