Gas Furnace Limit Switch
Bought this gas forced air furnace limit switch from THC because the listing on the THC website specifies an operating range of 150 - 190 degrees F. This is what my furnace requires according to manufacturer. This is a common design limit switch but most of what is commonly available are rated 170 - 190 degrees F. I paid twice as much for this switch as the same switch rated 170 - 190 degrees F because the switch is a safety item and I wanted to follow the manufacturer specs exactly. I did NOT get what I paid for. The actual switch received is marked "L190 - 20F". In other words, THC claimed this switch was the more expensive 150 - 190 degree F item when in fact it is the cheaper 170 - 190 degree F item. I don't know if this deception was intentional or not, but even if the switch I was sent will work in my furnace, I have been ripped off for more than $30. I will never do business with this company again. P.S. eventhough this company pretends to give you option to post reviews to google, the link is apparently disabled or corrupted since you can fill out review, even add photos, but it will not post.
