Just what I needed!
I have a Carrier Infinity Touch AC unit. Used this Control Board to replace the Outdoor Unit control board located near my condenser fan, coil & compressor. (Model 25HNB530A310, PROD 25HNB530A0031010 approximate 10 years old). My old board was giving me a system fault 31, which indicates that the High pressure switch is open (It's normally closed). Unit was in a constant state thinking it was in a high pressure condition. The High Pressure Switch was good, I even jumped out the high pressure switch to see if it would work, It didn't. Ultimately it came down to replacing the board. My assumption is that with the age of the unit and the fact that we were having frequent power outages due to storms, led to the unit failing. For the price THC seems fair if not cheaper than competitors. I felt reassured that I was getting a new board, not a used or refurbished board. I really like the fact that THC lists all the models this will work in. The only downside is that they ship only M-F, and Saturdays per request; I placed my order for my board on Friday at 1030PM, requested 1 day shipping, and received it Tuesday. Not a huge deal, just how the circumstance played out. I will definitely use THC in the future to look for replacement parts.
