Delivery Process
All went very well with order and payment. The delivery process could be improved especially when it is related to HVAC parts/issues. Our part arrived at our nearby UPS facility on a Thursday and it sat UPS' warehouse all weekend (they don't deliver on weekends!). Received part only Monday afternoon....its a good thing we were not relying on our heating system otherwise we would have frozen for 3 days. Recommendation: look for a courier company that can delivery 7 days a week. Remy
